Research Overview :

In the past years, our research group has developed β-cyclodextrin containing polymer (CDP) delivery systems for small hydrophobic drugs and small interfering RNA (siRNA). However, the small hydrophobic drug delivery system is incapable of achieving targeted delivery while the siRNA delivery system show rapid blood clearance. My thesis projects therefore aim to develop new systems for the delivery of small hydrophobic drugs and siRNA that address the above issues.
